Our screening process — which includes internal review criteria, secure financial verification through Plaid where applicable, and overall application assessment — is applied consistently to every applicant, without exception.

Our Screening Process

Where applicable, leasing terms may vary depending on the overall application profile and review outcome.

We do not present Plaid or any single data source as the sole basis for every decision. Final decisions are made using the broader application review process.

Reasonable Accommodations and Modifications

Long Haus will make reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, practices, or services when such accommodations may be necessary to afford a person with a disability equal opportunity to use and enjoy a home.
