Long Haus reviews each application using the full application record, verification evidence, rental history, background and credit information where applicable, and internal screening criteria.
Completing a Fit Check, application, or verification step does not guarantee approval. Deposit requirements and move-in terms may vary by property, application profile, lease terms, verification results, and final review outcome.
Long Haus applies its criteria consistently and follows applicable fair housing requirements. Applicants may request reasonable accommodations by contacting the leasing team.
What Long Haus may review
- Identity and contact information
- Income and ability to meet rent obligations
- Rental history and lease compliance
- Credit, background, and eviction-related history where applicable
- Complete, accurate, and verifiable application information
- Property fit, occupancy needs, timing, and lease terms
