1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Long Haus Living website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Preliminary Fit Check
The fit check on this Site is a preliminary assessment only. It does not constitute a rental agreement, lease offer, or guarantee of tenancy. Final approval is subject to a full application, background check, income verification via Plaid, and rental history review at Long Haus Living's discretion.
3. Fair Housing
Long Haus Living complies with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other protected class. See our Fair Housing Statement for more details.
4. Referral Program
Referral credits are applied only after the referred individual signs a lease and completes move-in. Credits are non-transferable and applied as a rent credit to your account. Long Haus Living reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Limitation of Liability
Long Haus Living provides this Site on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
